In this role you will report to the Director of the business to carry out NPD functions in the business, including the development and design of new products, research and development, and technical writing. As the business grows you will have the opportunity to recruit into the team, growing the department and progressing your career into a management position.

The ideal candidate will have a background in design and development of mechanical products in a manufacturing, industrial or similar sector. You should also be motivated to constantly innovate and self-develop.

The Role:
* Monday-Thursday, 8:00-17:00; Friday, 8:00-13:00
* Design of new products for manufacture
* Research and development to innovate and improve new products
* Eventually recruit into the team to grow the NPD department

The Person:
* Mechanical Design experience
* Experience in Manufacturing/ Industrial
* Development of new products
