Administrator - Maternity Contract

Starting in September this is a 9 month contract.
THE ROLE:
Working in an office, you will have varied duties including:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Making outgoing telephone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Diary management
- Email management
- Scanning documentation
- Maintaining stock levels
- General office duties.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous office experience, ideally in administration
- Good written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £19,000 - £22,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holidays (pro-rata)
- Christmas office closure
- Regular social and charity events.
