Due to continued growth, our client are recruiting for a new Supply Chain Administrator to join the existing team.
The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain and Commercial teams with various varied administration related tasks, relative to business / departmental requirements, on a day-to-day basis.

- Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing with Customers & Suppliers.
- Support with the processing of supplier (purchase) orders and customer (sales) orders.
- Supplier liaison.
- Experienced in the use of Excel & Microsoft based IT functionality.
- New Supplier / Product / Customer setup & existing Supplier / Product / Customer administration.
- Transport / Logistics / Operations administration (warehouse picking / vehicle loading / route planning, compliance, etc).
- Arranging deliveries / collections & communicating effectively, both externally & internally.
- Contacting customers to capture order requirements / provide order updates / advise of issues, etc.
- Effective customer service relating to transport / logistics services.
- Communicate with suppliers to assist with the coordination of orders / deliveries.
- Liaison with internal transport department & third-party transport partners to ensure timely collections/deliveries.
Key Requirements: -
- Own transport and full UK Driving License (based full time at our Worcestershire Head Office).
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, using own initiative.
- Highly numerate with strong diligence / attention to detail.
- Completion and recording of all company documentation as required.
- Flexibility (prepared to perform any other reasonable requested duties as requested).
- Strong / confident IT skills (Inc. Excel experience).
- Education: GCSE or equivalent.
