Housing Disrepair Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East who are looking to hire a senior housing litigation lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract. The role requires at least twice weekly attendance.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to hold a full disrepair caseload,
- Be comfortable dealing with litigated matters,
- Be experienced working within local government,
- Ideally have some experience with advocacy.
