Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a passion for excellence and a background in nuclear projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Reading on a 12-month contract, offering a competitive rate of £48 per hour, outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) to ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulations.
- Perform quality assurance and control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance on quality management systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality engineering within the nuclear sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- SC Clearance as a minimum is needed.
