The Opportunity
- Strong commercial experience in Python backend engineering and Django experience.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management.
- Experience in ecommerce / retail or high traffic websites
- Expertise in implementing and developing APIs.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for front-end components
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience in software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Management / lead experience is not essential but experience of this is nice to have as we scale!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
