Elevation Recruitment Group’s Business Support division are excited to be recruiting the role of Customer Service Administrator, for a business in Barnsley.

You must be immediately available and have customer service experience to be considered for this role.

Your duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • You will be responsible in providing excellent verbal and written communication with clients. 
  • Respond to queries in a timely manor
  • Update customers on their orders and delivery times
  • Resolve any complaints and feedback to improve services
  • Ad- hoc administration

To be successful within this role you will be available to start ASAP and have excellent customer service experience
