Site Manager / Working Foreman

My client is a local contractor with a number of school refurbishment projects valued between £200k and £400k, that are due to start in the next 2 weeks. They require working Site Managers to help deliver these projects over the school summer holidays.
Job details and requiremements:
- Start date: approx 15th July
- Duration: 6 to 8 weeks
- Location: Exeter / Newton Abbot
- Essential quals: Trade or Site Management qualifications with current SSSTS or SMSTS card
- A proven track record delivering small refurbishment projects, preferably in the education sector.
- Pay rates are CIS or Ltd company
