Seeking an experienced Head Chef.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional dishes. If you have a proven track record in the hotel/restaurant industry and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
- Create and develop innovative menu items that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost-effective strategies

The hotel is a busy environment welcoming functions, coach parties and walk-in guests to the restaurant. You will have free reign on devising menus etc but will follow a purchasing system for ordering etc.
