Location: Camden/ Central London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) plus package

Job Description:
Our client are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role involves assisting in cost estimation, contract administration and project financial management across high end projects up to £15million in value. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the company and contribute to the success of their unique projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior quantity surveyors in cost planning and control.
• Assist in preparing and analysing project budgets.
• Contribute to contract management and procurement processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and expenditures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor on Residential or Commercial projects is ideal.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiastic about career development and long-term growth.
