Chef De Partie

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation. Kitchen Staff are offered off-site staff accommodation at £60 per week and includes bills. (Food and internet not provided)
The main duties and responsibilities of the Chef de Partie will be:
- Preparing high quality meals in line with the menu and recipes provided.
- Suggesting daily specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Liaising with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure an exceptional service is always provided.
- Training and development of all staff under their supervision.
- Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with suppliers when required.
The ideal Chef de Partie will:
- Be an experienced chef, ideally having worked in a hotel kitchen before.
- Have a rosette or similar level background.
- Be confident in menu creation and different cuisines.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergens, health and safety and exceptional knife skills.
