Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Salary - Circa £35,000 DOE
Location - In office, Aylesbury

We're supporting an electrical design & build company who specialise in electrical installations from lighting, EV, emergency power, validations, commissioning, and containment within the commercial and industrial sectors across the UK.

Due to a high demand in their services, they're now looking for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their team of professionals.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to

  • To analyse and breakdown tenders
  • Quantify drawings.
  • To build cost documents from quantification
  • Produce RFI schedules.
  • Coordinate with the design department.
  • Produce the templates and information for other QS in the department to review final tender pack ready for issue

Experiences required

  • A proven track record of quantity surveying
  • Competent in using Excel/Office Suite
  • Can use Adobe Editor for marking PDFs
  • Electrical knowledge from education or time served: HNC, HND, BA, Apprenticeship, Building Services, MEP or similar
  • Able to use Autodesk products from AutoCAD to Revit is desirable
  • Must have a full UK driving license

45 Hours P/W | Flexible Working Hours | Monday to Friday | 1 hour Lunch | 28 Days Holiday | NEST Pension
