MEP Project Manager – Mech Bias
Location – City of London
Permanent - £85,000pa
We are on the lookout for an experienced MEP PM with a Mechanical Bias to work for one of the leading UK MEP Contractors on their London Projects Team. This business consistently is in the top 3 MEP Contractor League Tables year on year, and have a healthy order book on large projects that takes them well into 2027.
As a business they cover a number of different project types, so experience in Tall Commercial Buildings, Data Centres, Warehouses, Commercial Fit Out or Hospital projects would be really helpful with your application.
A big part of the culture here is longevity, and when looking through CV’s they like to see that you have worked at places for a long time rather than jump between companies. A big part of their success has been the consistency in their PM teams and that their repeat clients know the key players on projects will be on the next one.
The PM’s here get really involved with Sub Contractor Management, so experience in this will also be great.
