Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning applications, appeals, and local plan submissions.
- Manage high-profile and complex planning projects.
- Generate new business opportunities and attend industry events.
- Manage and develop your team, ensuring their well-being and performance.
- Stay up to date on planning legislation and identify new business opportunities.

The Person
- A planning degree (or relevant qualification).
- MRTPI qualification.
- Management experience or a management qualification.
- At least 8 - 10 years' planning experience (public or private sector).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- A proven track record in business development.
- Excellent technical knowledge of planning regulations and the legal framework.
