Full Time, Permanent Job Vacancy for an experienced Care Coordinator for the Derby Area of Derbyshire.

Location
This Homecare Branch is within commuting distance from Derby, Matlock, Alfreton, Belper, Ripley or Ilkeston areas of Derbyshire.  (Or surrounding villages).

You would be working for a Private Domiciliary Homecare Provider who primarily deliver private homecare as well as NHS and Live in Care packages.  Working with an office team of 5 including, Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors, and an excellent team of Care Assistants.  The owners are incredibly proud of the team they have been fortuned with and absolutely love making a difference to their customers lives in the local community.  With an outstanding CQC Rating and feedback from their staff team that this is a fantastic place to work and be part of is lovely to hear.  With excellent staff retention this is a fantastic organisation to be part of.


Criteria

• Car Driver Essential.
• Experience of Coordinating & Rota Management.
• Highly passionate individual 
• Previous Experience of Working in Adult Domiciliary Homecare Essential.
• Experience of using Rostering Systems.
• Eligible to Work in the UK.
