Part-Time Office Administrator

Brook Street are recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator. 20 - 25 hours, Monday - Friday in the client's office, based in Cwmbran. Excellent package + benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of office contact for Wales office.
- Supporting Line Manager with general admin.
- Maintain office building, internal offices, and meeting and oversee agreed maintenance work.
- Raising purchase requisition and purchase orders, assisting Accounts Payables with supplier invoice processing.
- Create and distribute to forecasts to finance. Coordinate courier deliveries, distribution of security passes to staff, visitors, or contractors.
- Liaise with the Country and HR Manager to organise staff events, and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Prior office administration experience essential
- Strong PC literacy with proven MS Office skills, and previous experience using accounting software such as Dynamix AX.
- Ability to prioritise work and work without supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-starter / and does not need direction/ management daily.
Needs a Car due to location.
