Are you an innovative and skilled Development Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join a dynamic team of experts dedicated to advancing products and manufacturing processes. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to exciting engineering projects, from initial concepts to full implementation in manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities of a Development Engineer:

• Design components, tools, and machine parts using CAD (SolidWorks).
• Develop products and processes, set up equipment, and manufacture samples for testing and trials.
• Evaluate and validate new product specifications.
• Generate manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Transfer technology to manufacturing plants, including documentation and commissioning support.
• Provide problem-solving support for manufacturing issues.
• Analyse data and create comprehensive technical reports.

Qualifications & Skills of a Development Engineer:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Design & Build environments.
• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably Solidworks.
• Hands-on ability to set up tooling and machinery.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven capability to drive project work with minimal supervision.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of materials and DFM.
