Vehicle Technician

Responsibilities:
- · Responsible for identifying all defects or damages
- · Conducting mechanical and electrical fault finding down to component level
- · Using diagnostic tools to identify and rectify any problems effectively
- · Working in accordance to the statement of working requirements
- · Working and following the design electrical drawings/schematics
- · Conducting reworking, testing and repairing tasks on the vehicle
- · Responsible for reporting all defects and repairs or rework conducted
- · Qualified Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering in Level 3
- · PHEV qualified (IMI level 1or 2 minimum)
- · Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
- · Proven previous experience as mechanical/electrical technician
- · Working in a busy fast paced environment
- · Excellent attention to detail
- · Experienced in using reporting
- · Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and initiative
- · Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures
- · Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- · Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
- · Must have a mechanical/coach toolkit
- · Must have Hi-Vis and safety footwear
- · Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
£22 per hour, Monday to Friday days
