HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Account manager to join one of the UK's largest good provider based in Coventry.
As the new Account Manager, you will be joining a family feel team who focuses on delivering exceptional service to their customers.

General Duties of Account Manager:
- Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for key customers
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities
- Communicate with customers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and all customer needs are met
- Ensure all reports and KPIs are sent to the Customer in the timeline agreed on their SLA
General Requirements of Account Manager:
- Previous experience working in similar role
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Business to Business sales experience
- Accuracy and keen eye for detail
- General Administration skills
