We are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to work for a prestigious automotive company based in the Lincolnshire area working on a full time permanent basis.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday - weekend and overtime work available.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a vehicle painter or sprayer role
- Proficiency in the profession, demonstrating skill and expertise
- Comfortable working in a painting environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic
- Ability to maintain high standards while working under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to support and cooperate with others
- Customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, both manually and using machinery
- Mix and match paint colors manually or using computer technology for accurate color matching
- Apply primer and finishing coats using spray guns, ensuring a smooth finish
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as rubbing down surfaces between coats
- Conduct touch-up work on paintwork and apply polish to vehicles
- Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork
- Apply rust-proofing chemicals to vehicles as needed
- Operate in a spray booth environment to contain paint application to specific areas

Salary: Negotiable - Circa £16-£18 per hour
