Maintenance Manager

Location: Essex

Salary: £38,000 - £49,500

This company is a well-established landmark in the holiday attraction industry, providing entertainment and events to both holidaymakers and locals. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and supervise their maintenance team, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee regular inspections and maintenance of rides, buildings, and other infrastructure to ensure they meet safety standards and operate smoothly. They will also be responsible for implementing strategies for managing a large team, focusing on staff development and maintaining high morale. Collaboration is key, as the Maintenance Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the pier. The ideal candidate should have experience in applying engineering principles to guide maintenance practices, particularly concerning mechanical systems akin to those in vehicles or heavy machinery.
