Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a high-end hotel in the New Milton area who are looking for a Waiter/Waitress attendant to join their Food & Beverage team.

Package

• Basic salary up to £24,960 per annum
• Service Charge approximately an additional £6,000 per annum (non-contractual basis)
• 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7

What's involved?

As a Waiter/Waitress in the Food & Beverage team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in the dining areas across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as for events and weddings. You will be an essential part of the team, delivering food and drink to the guests, ensuring that they have everything they need. You will liaise with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service and work together with the wider Food & Beverage team.
