CNC Turner required for a Specialist manufacturing business based in Uxbridge. We are looking for candidates with experience in setting, operating and Programming CNC's using Fanuc controls.
You will be working on Doosan Lynx Turning machines with 2 axis and 1x Diven tooling machines, which both are quick to run and set.
If you have experience of setting and operating CNC Turners this is the role for you! The company has been serving Defence and Military industries for more than 70 years and growing quickly in the market.
This is the opportunity where you will work only 4 DAYS per week!!!!
Work hous: Monday to Thursday 7h30 - 17h and if you be requested to work on Friday, it will be paid OVERTIME.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Turners to produce components per technical drawings
- Set and Operate CNC Turners using Fanuc language
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they are meeting quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the CNC machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Turners using Fanuc controls with 2 axis.
- Knowledge of Doosan Lynx Turning machines is desirable, not essential.
- Capabilities in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Attention to details
- Able to work independently and in a team
