Position: Multi Skilled Engineer with electrical bias
Location: Hemswell, Lincolnshire
Salary: £43,064 - £47,174
Shift: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm-6am.

About Our client is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team. They are a well-established manufacturing company offering great opportunities for growth and long-term career prospects.

Key Duties:

• Ensure that any engineering breakdowns are detected and resolved as soon as practicable.
• Maintain a complete and accurate record of all work completions with all relevant information clearly recorded.
• Provide assistance to the Shift Operations Manager by proposing and implementing improved maintenance programs as well as continuous improvement ideas to reduce machine downtime.
• Support all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs across the site in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Health & Safety focused.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Multi-Skilled Maintenance functions within a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a NVQ level 3 or higher in Engineering.
• Experience in fault finding, breakdown repairs, completion of Preventative Maintenance routines on both mechanical & electrical equipment, Continuous Improvement activities.
• MEWP Licence would be beneficial but can be trained.
• Confined space training would be beneficial but can be trained.
