Role: Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst

Location: UK Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Day rate: £550 inside IR35

Role Description:

Our client needs a professionally qualified Senior Business Analyst & Business Architect with over 20 years of experience in enabling change and realizing value across the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Energy sectors. The ideal candidate will possess proven analytical methods, techniques, and creative problem-solving skills and will be comfortable in both business and technical roles, able to perform strategic/enterprise analysis as well as detailed analysis and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud platform design and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design target operating models and organizational structures.
• Oversee replacement CRM projects, systems integration, and API design.
• Manage regulatory-driven projects, including statutory reporting, regulatory reporting, and financial crime.
• Utilize data analytics to collect, profile, organize, and visualize data innovatively.
• Perform process mapping, process re-engineering, and define holistic workflow management approaches.
• Manage requirements using various techniques such as use case diagrams, epic & user stories, sequence diagrams, BRD's, and FRD's.
• Apply agile and traditional change management approaches including SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Create and lead Business Analyst (BA) teams and workstreams, defining delivery approaches and work planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in cloud platform design and digital transformation.
• Expertise in target operating model and organizational design.
• Experience with CRM projects, systems integration, and API design.
• Strong background in regulatory projects, data analytics, and process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in requirements management and various analytical techniques.
• Hands-on experience with agile and traditional change management approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead BA teams and workstreams.
• Deep understanding of Azure and AWS technologies, platform design, and cloud security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
