Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Leeds. This role is working for a building company that hires industrial equipment, you will be providing customers with excellent service by voice and by writing.
This is an all-round administration and customer service role, the salary is £25,250 per annum.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: £25,250 per annum
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Ensuring all hire transactions and administrative tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and procedures
- Striving to convert all viable enquiries into hire business, working closely with the sales team
- Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that you respond in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring customer quotations, both typed and verbal, meet the company's minimum rates policy
- Liaising closely with the stock controllers to ensure appropriate transfer of equipment between depots
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You should be IT literate
- Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems is advantageous
- Excellent customer service is required, including an excellent telephone manner
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK is advantageous
