The Team Administrator is an exciting role for a motivated and ambitious self-starter, with experience of administration and project management within a busy customer-focused organisation. It is a varied role which will encompass a range of activities with opportunities to learn and work across Transform.

This will be a hybrid role but will be based at our Head Office at Bradmere House, Leatherhead with some flexibility to work from home. Occasionally you may also be required to work at one of our other offices or attend meetings.

We’re ideally looking for:

• Someone with experience of working in a customer services environment.
• Someone with great organisational skills who can co-ordinate projects requiring input from different colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills, especially using Microsoft packages.
• An understanding and awareness of good information governance and data protection.
• Can work as part of a team and can prioritise workloads.

Tick most of the boxes but not all? The best candidate rarely does. So, if you are excited by the role and can do most of what we are looking for, go ahead and apply; you could be exactly who we need.
