Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioural needs? Do you enjoy working outside of the traditional classroom setting? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor with driving responsibilities to join our team in a Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
• Facilitate engaging and educational activities outside the classroom, utilizing various community resources.
• Drive students to and from different learning locations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and progress.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs is essential.
• A valid driving license and the ability to drive a minibus or similar vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and educational development of students.
