Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting and deputising for the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department and team. The Assistant Manager will, therefore, need to make certain that standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised.

YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales and Performance Coaching.

  • Problem Solver/Analytical.
  • Strong Sales Experience.
  • Industry and product knowledge in any of the categories sold by Harvey Norman such as furniture, interiors, cooking, technology, and appliances is preferred - but not essential.
