Excellent opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to join an established supplier of specialist electronic monitoring systems, in a role offering technical variety, room for growth and opportunities to progress within a highly specialist sector.

This company is an established firm known for developing and supplying complex electronic monitoring systems to organisations within the utilities industry.

In this role you will oversee the design, implementation and testing of embedded software as part of a collaborative development team. You will be working on embedded microcontrollers, interfaces from analogue designs, data storage and uploads. Due to the nature of the role and the collaborative environment, this role is office based with flexibility around working hours and potential remote work when possible.

The ideal candidate for this role will have commercial experience with embedded software and microcontrollers, with a strong understanding of one or more C languages (C, C++, or C#). The right person will have experience in system design within real-time environments and be familiar with communication protocols such as Ethernet TCP/IP, SPI, I2C, and/or Modbus. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and work independently within a smaller team.

The Role:
*Embedded Software Engineering using C Languages e.g., C/C++/C#
