Salary: £12.50 per hour
Location: near Cambourne (own transport required)
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Our client is a family-run business. They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team. You will need your own transport due to the location.
The role will include the following:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Liaising with customers both over the phone and via email.
- General office filing
- Keeping current project and drawing files up to date
- Assisting all various departments as required
- Ensuring all manner of documents and records are kept up to date. These would include subcontractors, insurances, certificates, company registration forms, maintenance manuals Health & Safety documentation.
- Distribution of post
- Placing orders for hire equipment and keeping hired goods spreadsheet up to date.
- Off hire plant as instructed.
- Maintain stationery levels/office consumables.
- Archive files & projects as required.
- Book accommodation for operatives as required.
The successful candidate: -
- Previous experience of working within the Construction Industry desirable but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (365)
- Able to prioritise workload and deadline oriented.

Lunch Break: 1 hour
Holiday Entitlement:
Should the role permanent, your salary would be 25 Days plus statutory bank Holidays per Annum
