Electrical Site Manager

Diamond Engineering Recruitment are currently working with a leading MEP contractor who are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager to join their team on a Residential development in Canary Wharf.
- Attend Site Meetings and Internal Project & Engineering Reviews
- Assistance with the close out of all project items including Final Account and O & M Manuals
- Ensure materials are scheduled, liaising with the procurement team that all materials are onsite when required.
- Coordinate Site Management team with the Project Manager
- Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
- Manage internal labour and subcontractors onsite
- Ensure weekly progress reports are updated
- Liaise with the commercial team on a weekly basis to ensure all variations are captured.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed on a daily basis.
- Interpret construction drawing and ensure schedules are produced.
- Review and implement method statements and risk assessments.
- Carry out weekly toolbox talks
- Review the site programme and raise any issues with the project manager
- Liaise with the client/Main contractor on daily basis.
Salary is paying £60,000 per annum + Package or £280/day CIS
