Job Summary

As a Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between the business and technology teams. You will get the opportunity to get stuck into some massive business change projects. Getting the opportunity to affect real change immediately and get exposure and influence with very senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a comprehensive grasp of complete user journeys and processes, along with the technologies that support them.
  • Precisely and effectively gather, question, and document scope, processes, and requirements, while involving end users throughout the change process.
  • Creating top-notch business and technical analysis outputs, including user stories, functional and non-functional specifications, and current and future process models.
  • Ensuring requirements and user stories are tracked throughout the entire change process.
  • Utilizing BA best practices and insights to encourage the business to consider the optimal solution.
  • Establishing relationships and trust with senior stakeholders, understanding their goals, objectives, and desired outcomes, and guiding them through the engagement process.
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with Project Management, PMO, Product Manager, and IT colleagues and collaborating with them.
  • Working with your BA colleagues to implement continuous improvements, ensuring the ongoing evolution of Business Analysis practices.
