About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant Early Years team in Enfield. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. You will be responsible for supporting the Early Years setting, working closely with two other staff members to provide high-quality care and education for our nursery children. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2024.

Application Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them develop and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of activities that promote learning and development.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress and keeping accurate records.
