A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a large commercial property, with all the opportunities of personal training and development. 

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Duties
  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
  • Organising subcontractors
  • Quotations 
  • Health & Safety
  • Logbooks
  • Risk assessments
  • Permits to work
Requirements
  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Career driven and motivated
  • Polite and personable
