- Based in Selly Oak, working across sites in the Midlands
- £17.00 to £18.00 dependent on experience
- Full-time, 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
- Temporary role with genuine possibility of permanent contract
We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Window Fitter onbehalf of our client based in Selly Oak. As a Window Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with the existing team to ensure that all windows and doors are installed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements of a Window Fitter:
- Previous experience working with aluminium instalations is essential
- Valid UK Driving licence
- CS Card for site entry
Duties include:
- Measure and cut glass to fit window openings
- Install windows using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure windows are properly sealed and insulated to prevent drafts
- Repair or replace damaged windows as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their window fitting needs
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced with aluminium installations, and is looking for an opportunity to work with an established window and door company, Monday to Friday, on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
