Contract Supervisor  

Plymouth – office based

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of £33-35k

This would suit a property manager or a trades person looking for a step up.

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a facilities and maintenance contractor, who are looking for Supervisor based in Plymouth.

Day to Day:

• Managing planned maintenance projects around Asbestos
• Managing a team sub contractors who are site based
• Some reactive maintenance 
• Planning works and trades 
• Use computer – excel skills essential

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Good understanding around construction, maintenance and asbestos risks
• Trade background – good building knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate – Microsoft and emails
