They now require a Principal Design Manager to lead the design function for one of their sectors, taking the communication lead with blue chip clients to help successfully deliver their portfolio of projects in the Northwest.
As a Principal Design Manager leading this relationship with success will make difference to both your employer and the region as a whole, truly being part of something good for the city, opening doors to further builds. The company are a top contractors to work for and have a reputation for high-quality project delivery having delivered successfully across many of the region's leading construction projects.
The company are happy to consider applications from Senior Design Managers regardless of project experience but this role is focussed on the industrial sector
Remuneration - £80,000 - 90,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus
