We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Marketing and Sales team, promoting the bpha, Bushmead and Domovo brands, budget management and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be well informed in your understanding of the shared ownership product and Homes England guidance - able to offer the team well informed advice. The team is well-established, friendly, welcoming and will support the successful candidate with appropriate business training/learning.

What you will be doing:  

  • Managing and providing leadership to the Marketing and Sales team, living and demonstrating the organisations values and behaviours
  • Being responsible for delivering marketing and sales from lead generation through to completion including home demonstrations of new build shared ownership, market sale and Rent to Home Buy (RTHB). Delivering against the objectives of the Operational Plan, performance targets, budget and regulatory requirements 
  • Delivering marketing for new homes, resale and RTHB transactions
  • Delivering a proactive marketing and sales strategy to maximise sales income, achieving average share target and managing budgets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience for purchasers
  • Directly support the Assistant Director - Marketing and Sales and to act as their deputy as required
  • Represent the Development and Sales team at Corporate level as required. Develop a network with other major external stakeholders.

We’d love to meet someone with:   

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Effective website and social media account management, strengthening brands on all digital platforms
  • Experience and aptitude in writing business reports
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to utilise IT softwares, such CRM systems, effectively to deliver accurate reporting
  • Good budget management
  • Ability to work flexibly, without guidance but also be committed to work in a positive manner with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Accurate real time reporting
  • The ability to manage a team that operate flexibly and assist the Home Ownership team where necessary
  • The ability to present with confidence
  • The ability to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
