Sales Support Executive (Non-sales Position)

- Hours: 9am – 17:30pm Monday – Friday

This role is perfect for an individual who takes pride in operational excellence, working with variety of stakeholders and managing processes to drive the success and productivity of one of our largest functions
- Responsible for the accurate processing of quotes and sales orders for clients, either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team, adhering to the set KPIs
- Act as a second point of contact for external clients and first point of contact for internal clients
- Ensure data accuracy and validity of customer data in Salesforce
- Within 3-6 months you’ll be fully trained and able to work autonomously, building rapport with clients and actively seeing the results of your efforts through multiple avenues!
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience of providing administration / Coordination in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks within company processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
- experience using a CRM, finance, or multi tool system
