Whilst working within a dynamic team, this role will focus on delivering the best service possible to your customer portfolio at every stage of their order. Hybrid working available along with other fantastic benefits:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Job Description:

  • Daily management of the assigned customers’ orderbook
  • Cooperating with the Sales team by monitoring orders and by verifying deliveries
  • Build a sustainable relationship with the customer
  • Providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts
  • Proactively handle customers’ complaints by communicating with the Customer Service Leader and other departments staff
  • Ensure daily communication with the Sales team so that the commercial strategy between Sales and Customer Service is aligned

Person Specification:

  • GCSE’s including Maths and English. Further education would be advantageous.
  • Proven working related experience is essential
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, Excel in particular.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as QLIK. Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
