As a passionate sales leader, you will combine strategic sales leadership with a hands-on coaching approach to maximise sales opportunities. You will develop a consultative sales process, maximise new business opportunities, and drive conversion metrics. Your mission will be to refine the existing sales strategy, drive new business acquisition, and implement new business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and execute the sales strategy, driving performance through hands-on leadership and detailed oversight of all sales activities and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to review performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Partner with the Inside Sales teams to drive lead generation activities, optimise sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure effective performance management of the sales team, identifying performance issues, training needs, and developing coaching initiatives.
  • Attend and present at Board meetings, reporting on revenues, performance, and sales strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Events teams to maximise new business opportunities and ROI.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy, including customer segmentation, identifying new prospects, lead generation, growth initiatives, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with IT development and marketing teams to enhance sales performance and KPI reporting metrics.
