Our client in Henley is a beautiful 26 bedded Care Centre that specalises in Younger Adults with disabilites that is rated Good in all areas in their CQC report. They now have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Support Worker to join their passionate team on full or part time, permanent contracts.

Support Worker - Ref No.35833

• £25.5k - £28.1 per annum
• Early & Late Shifts available
• Early Shift - 7:30am - 4:30pm / Late Shift - 3pm - 9:30pm

As a Support Worker you will be expected to lead by example at all times and provide strong leadership skills to the rest of the care team.

The care home has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers multiple communal areas for residents to use as they please. All rooms come with an en-suite and all furniture is provided as standard although residents are able to bring their own small items as they wish to personalise their rooms.

Requirements of Support Worker

• Experience working with disabilities is essential 
• Care Certficiate is essential 
• Must be able to drive 
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the DBS List

Responsibilities of Support Worker

• Observe care planning needs for residents and complete written daily records as instructed and in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive care for residents, attending to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while preserving their comfort and dignity.
• Maintain high levels of care by assisting residents with daily living tasks such as washing, toileting, dressing, and undressing.
