£45k-£50k plus benefits
Our client is exceptionally busy and is seeking a structural engineer to enhance project delivery in their Leytonstone office.
Your workload will include design for a varied range of schemes and you will be working on surveys, fee proposals, report writing and insurance claims.
As a structural engineer you can bring to the table excellent practical knowledge of engineering and possess strong design skills.
About you:
- Degree qualified engineer, either civil or structural
- Chartered or working towards Chartership
- Design experience in concrete, steelwork, timber and masonry
- Fully conversant with British Standards and EuroCodes
- Knowledge of relevant software, such as Tekla, AutoCAD and SCIA
- Experience producing fee proposals and reports
- Experience checking designs
- Strong communicator and team player
- Knowledge of Tekla, Tedds and Finite elements an advantage, but training available
