A unique and brilliant opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an in-house maintenance team on a commercial property by Kings Cross, London. A Stand out role for an experienced maintenance engineer compared to prove themselves in a fast paced environment which in return offers an outstanding package which includes £54,000 per annum a 20% pension scheme and a 36 hour working week.
This role follows a Monday - Friday pattern on a state of the art commercial property, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. This is a fantastic role for an experienced maintenance engineer with outstanding knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems.

Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Reports
- Permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent)
- Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits:
- £54,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 36 hour working week
- 27 days annual leave + Bank holidays
