An exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a newly awarded contract in the City of London. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on high end commercial office space.
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least three years experience in the commercial building services maintenance. The site is a high end office space which will involve being very client facing and will require patience and clear communication skills. This is a high profile contract that can be busy from time to time so our client are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and being kept busy.

- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- HVAC
- Pumps & Motors
- AC
- Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- Water treatment
- Filters
- Belts
- General Building Services
- Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
- Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
- £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
