THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple joinery and shopfitting projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the joinery or shopfitting industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
