Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE

Please note: This position will be based on-site, so please only apply if you are okay being on-site 5 days a week.

I am currently partnered with a leading business based just outside of Leeds who are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team.

Joining a collaborative and enthusiastic business, you will strategize, organize, and execute brand awareness campaigns aimed at driving traffic and boosting engagement across online platforms. Leveraging your creative prowess and industry experience, you'll be instrumental in fuelling growth and aiding the Group in achieving its commercial goals.

Reporting directly to the marketing manager, the ideal candidate will embody a strong work ethic, capable of effectively managing their workload while fostering collaboration within the compact marketing team and across the Group.

Key responsibilities:
➡Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Group's marketing strategy.
➡Effectively manage multiple projects while addressing spontaneous requests, overseeing progress, and action items.
➡Conceptualize, execute, and assess marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other pertinent social media channels.
➡Proactively pursue consistent performance enhancement by meticulously tracking campaign progress, maintaining accurate records, identifying discrepancies, and offering improvement suggestions as needed.
➡Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns.
➡Spearhead the creation and deployment of brand awareness assets like video testimonials, TikToks, Reels, etc.
➡Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of group websites to elevate user experience, enhance SEO, and optimize digital performance.
➡Keep a close eye on daily communication across social media platforms, including reviews, forums, and blogs, actively engaging with candidates and liaising with sales teams when necessary.

What are we looking for:
➡At least two years' relevant experience in digital or social media marketing.
➡Good working knowledge of digital marketing software such as Mailchimp, Canva, Sendible, Hootsuite, SendGrid.
➡Experience of using strong interpersonal skills in cross-functional teams.
➡Experience of working in a fast paced service environment.
➡Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
