Permanent Opportunity - FM Project Manager - Blackburn - Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance £5,200

About your role

* Lead across a variety of lifecycle projects on a healthcare contract.
* Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including HVAC, lighting, building fabric, BMS, M&E to name a few.
* Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

About you

* Technically qualified in an Engineering discipline - ideally Electrical
* Experience of managing PFI contracts - within the healthcare sector ideally
* Commercially astute with experience of managing lifecycle projects
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based in Lancashire.
