Tree Surgeon Supervisor
£34k to £38k depending on experience

The Tree Surgeon Supervisor should be prepared to take the initiative and continually improve operational activity. The person requires ambition and a high level of commitment.
The main responsibilities:
- to work alongside, lead and supervise arboriculture staff to meet contract objectives
- tree surgery
- to contribute to the effective running of contracts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- training and motivating staff
- to play a leading role in securing new business opportunities
- to safeguard the company’s image and credibility
- monitoring health, safety and welfare of staff, actively participating in the improvement of the company’s overall health and safety culture
- evaluate vehicle and machinery requirements
- inspect and certify work that has been undertaken
Qualifications/skills:
- Professional arboriculture qualifications
- A full, manual driving licence is essential
